We Are the Gardeners is Joanna Gaines first children's book. It chronicles the family's story of becoming gardeners-starting with the first little fern Chip bought for Jo. Over the years, the family's love for gardening blossomed into the beautiful garden that was featured during season five of Fixer Upper.
